GBTrying to cancel auto renewal Am still on hold after 30mins trying to cancel an auto renewal because I can't seem to do this online. I emailed two days ago to cancel and you sent through my renewed docs a few hours later! This is really shocking practice and not legal. I am well within the cancellation window. I suspect you will make yourselves unavailable for the next few days and my renewal is due to take effect 6 May.

GBSo far so good So far so good, Happy with the customer service, they are very polite and knowledgeable, and the platform is very handy. The only problem is the very long queue to get connected which is almost the same in other providers.
