Heather is the Ultimate Best customer service person I ever spoke with at good2go Have been a happy customer for years since 2013 & had to Renew my policy and reinstate it because it had labs by a couple of days I was driving in the car I pulled over and Heather was on the phone I had my identity stolen in September and everything locked down Heather stayed on the phone as I said it on the middle Consol till I drove like 8 miles in order to get to somewhere stable that I can try to East sign because my phone would not let me she was so pleasant she didn’t wanna hang up she was very rude patient I felt so bad I have never met More patience understanding and caring customer service agent in my ears were good to go the way I did with Heather she is a godsend and an angel
