The only complaint I have is that the questionnaire to give accolades to my customer is way too lengthy and cumbersome. . GBDidn’t receive my id card in the mail When I called to renew my plan I asked about a hard copy member id card and if I could get one. I was told they are now being made in plastic and I would receive one in the mail within about 1 week. I called back after two weeks because I didn’t receive my card and was told by the dental plans rep that the card was never ordered. He then confirmed an order was then placed and I would receive the plastic card in the mail. Representative training is needed on this topic.

GBA very good dental option. Very courteous, reasonably priced, provides renewal discounts, accepted by many dentist. Overall, the dental discounts are great. Unless you would need major dental work every year Dental Plan is a better option than dental insurance.

GBHave never had a problem processing… Have never had a problem processing payments through my dentist’s office. Payments are made quickly.
