GBIf I could give Roamly zero stars I… If I could give Roamly zero stars I would. What went wrong? Everything. I was assigned claim adjuster (Ryan) who didn't return my calls and emails for over a month. When he finally did he made really low ball offer for totaling my vehicle and gave completely vague and shady details on how my vehicle was supposedly evaluated. I believe their valuation was about one-third or even a quarter of what it should have been. Eventually, I gave up dealing with Roamly and filed the claim through my own insurance plan, who never at any time said the damage to my vehicle was enough to warrant totaling it. Since the damage was done by the other driver (who has insurance with Roamly) while my vehicle was parked, my insurance said they would collect through subrogation from Roamly. When the same claim adjuster didn't respond to my insurance subrogation demand for two months I had to get the insurance commissioner on an email thread with Roamly and my insurance. It took four months and over 30 hours of my time to complete my vehicle's repairs and get Roamly to pay the subrogation demand. It should not have been that difficult. I believe that if I just would have gone through my own insurance right away, everything would have been done in 4-6 weeks (getting some parts did slow the process down a bit) and saved me more than 20 hours and saved me from a lot of frustration. All and all it was a completely awful experience dealing with Roamly and I hope I never need to again.
