GBI contacted them for a quote I contacted them for a quote, spoke to Carlos Lewis, he insisted I give all my information for payment to hold this quote till I receive the packet in the mail within 7 to 10 days. At that time I could choose if I wanted the plan or not.2 days later I'm being charged for it, I never authorized it. Trying to cancel is another fun time, one call and was transferred to 9 different people, finally got one that could help, told me a refund would be in my account within 7 to 10 days. Nothing on 10th day, I called and was told my refund was in review and could take another week. They use deceptive practices to get your money . Give you a runaround to get a cancelation and treat you like dirt. Would not recommend this company!!!

GBReally explain everything to me and I was very satisfied with what I was getting with my life insurance. Taking enough time to explain everything to me and asking me if there was anything else I needed to know and making sure I was satisfied with what I got in the end.

GBWebsite to update policy info does not… Website to update policy info does not work properly. Company never took any beneficiary info other than name, which I find troublesome. A name is not unique. Thousands could be called John Smith. Why isn't a social security number required? Furthermore, the fact that you don't require it or even thought it was necessary makes me question the legitimacy of your company.
