I spoke with Lori, who was truly phenomenal and amazing in explaining the differences between the Pivot Health Economy and the Pivot Health Choice plans :D !! I was really grateful that I was connected to her because she went above and beyond in explaining the differences between the two plans, and presenting my available options :) ! I would highly recommend Lori to anyone who needs to navigate short-term medical insurance options for their needs :D !!

10 day free look refund Application Id: 716652 Member Id 716652 I want my refund I’m due back to me via Visa card. “ A free look period is a required period of time under state and federal law in which a customer can terminate coverage without penalties or charges following the start of coverage. If a customer is not satisfied with the terms and conditions of their policy they have purchased they can terminate the policy within 10 days of the coverage start date and any premiums paid will be refunded.” Pivot Health isn’t rated with the Better Business Bureau and has an F rating. North River Insurance pays the claims and isn’t rated either. Iv’e wrote Pivot Health about getting my refund and getting the run around.
