Bad Customer Service/Good Insurance When I was online chatting with Arlo the auto-reply, every time my chat was transferred to an actual online agent, they never showed up. Also when I called, the agent introduced herself and immediately put me on hold. The insurance is cheap and adequate for a Schengen visa.
