My agent is D Smith and we both agreed… My agent is D Smith and we both agreed i was stopping my application before it goes into VERIFICATION. Yesterday i called to ask for a status and some guy told me it was verified and went out to the company. Im changing my selection Monday because you are closed until Monday EST and im in PST not Mountain !

Caring and knowledgeable employee Jess was incredibly kind when i first called before I receive my Medicare Card. I was so grateful I got him again. His voice is very easy to understand. Perfect not fast/slow low/high. His attitude and expertise made me feel he cared about me. I can not thank you enough for having such a wonderful person and employee. Give him a raise but don't change his job!!

Humana PPO plan is Not what Kim Matias… Humana PPO plan is Not what Kim Matias said it is. I contacted Humana ceo, BBB, Medicare, governors office for fraud & deceptive business practices, my attorney, etc. Humans phone reps are useless. A con; fraud. This is now a dental emergency because you do NOT cover oral surgeons. Never lie or mislead which is what she did to sell this plan.

Empathy of your female agent was impressive Ms Sears the agent who enrolled me in my new Humana plan was knowledgeable, warm and patient with questions etc. I intend to refer all my friends and family to Ms Sears.

This is an outstanding site to choose for Medicare Advantage plans. What I like most, is the ease of just entering really basic information, which then narrows down your potential plans. I guess I chose the wrong entry by checking single instead of family. I just wish there were added notes to answer like, "Do you have a spouse?" Or a place where you can edit information. I submitted my application, but still need to add my spouse. Guess I'll have to wait to see if they accept the application and then call Highmark. I don't think it can be deleted at this point. Mostly my mistakes.
