GBGood service, bad guess on pricing. I found the customer service and follow-up good. They were responsive to questions and acting as an intermediary with the insurance provider. I was pretty disappointed with the insurance price quote. The initial quote (pic life best guess) was about half of what I actually received.

GBExcellent communication during the… Excellent communication during the application process. Less than 5 years before retirement and I realized my 1M life policy through my work association ends with my retirement, that makes sense. I replaced that policy with a 10 year level term, 1M and saved several hundred dollars each month. I can’t imagine I will need it but the new policy will still be affordable in retirement.

GBGreat company for aviation oriented life insurance! First off, the team is very knowledgeable about aviation and the nuances of getting insurance for pilots. Everyone on the staff was friendly, walked me through the whole process and provided timely communication and updates even if we were waiting on the insurance company. I have been with them for 5+ years and when it came time to update coverage, it was an easy choice to go back to PIC.

GBMission Accomplished! We began the process over nine months ago. My wife was approved almost immediately and we got her Long Term Care policy in effect within a month or so. Me, on the other hand, am a cancer survivor with only one kidney that also holds a FAA 1st Class medical certificate. I was initially rejected for the same coverage that my wife obtained. Nine months later, after submitting countless medical records, I have been approved. I attribute this to the fact that Bill Fanning and Kris Roberts were both very strong advocates on my behalf. They were very pro active and kept me informed throughout the process. This result would not likely have been possible without their attention to detail, dedication and knowledge of the system. I have utilized PIC for my insurance needs for the past 30 years. I would recommend PIC to anyone, but especially pilots. Bill Fanning is a pilot representing pilots. That works for me!
