GBRenewal was more difficult than usual. Renewal was more difficult than usual. Everyone is always responsive and friendly. And the few claims we have had have been handled well. But, during the renewal process there were minor changes that needed to be made, and we went round and round and round to get the changes incorporated and consistent throughout the document. Actually, some of the changes are still not done.
