Only issue is once you get your yearly certificate, you have to call to add an additional insured vs being able to do it on the portal. Thank you for making insurance affordable and easy!

i had to purchase online because the… I had to do this online because the agent I called had some issues with the interface on his end. I hope he still gets paid if it's a commission-based gig! Also, at the top of the webpage last night, there was a banner with the 866-791-1930 number that said to "call now." When I did, there was a recording which told me the office was closed. Maybe the banner should say to call during business hours rather than "call now". I had a fine experience today.

Ease of signing up Ease of signing up and immediate access to print out insurance certificate. I just got it so haven’t had to file claim so don’t know about how good/bad the will be. Price was moderate.
