GBRip off Openly is canceling my policy because I had two claims, water damage wall and roof leak and the other was wind damage to a shingle roof on our workshop which they would only pay for half of. Very disheartened. I paid them for a service and they are penalizing me for using it. I don’t recommend this company.

GBThe website was very user friendly The website was very user friendly, easy to use. Even easier to contact for help via chat. The reps I worked with were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be using Openly for all of our high valued properties. This was our first account to be issued with the company, so far everything is wonderful. Waiting on policy to be issued and inspection to be completed at this time.

GBOpenly makes doing business with them easy Openly prefilled detailed information about he house and completed replacement cost estimator. Openly offers e-signature on application which worked well. Openly gives agent the ability to upload documentation. Also, Openly agreed to write a NH home that have a 6 week lapse in coverage. All of this made it excellent experience with Openly. I look forward to Openly writing in the stateo of Vermont.

GBpleased as a personal lines agent with over a decade's experience, openly appears to be taking a path i'd been waiting on the industry to follow. it's a product and interface that appears to have both the client and agent in mind.

GBOpenly changed things up...for the better While I was a bit nervous with the chat-only feature when I started writing with Openly a couple of years ago, now I think more carriers should move to this model. Everyone is responsive and helps to address any concerns. Any promise of a follow up has either met or exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to the availability of more self-servicing endorsement options in the future!
