GBI called Mutual of Omaha directly to… I called Mutual of Omaha directly to sign up for a Medicare secondary plan. I was immediately transferred to TZ, no option. I filled out a phone application with TZ agent Eileen Dillon who stated I have Lupus and Hepatitis. I have NEVER had either one of the diseases. Of course, I was denied. I asked if they could please listen to the recording that is taped while interviewed. Of course not. You wanted records. In good faith I mailed all my medical records. I saw a kidney doctor twice and released. Mutual of Omaha denied me the second time due to kidney disease. I spoke with a TZ supervisor. I was told they need to do better training in the future. TZ will not return my calls. 4/29/24 Through another TZ agent, David Rice, suggested I filled out another application. It was submitted and rejected. I was told Mutual of Omaha looked at the second application as fraud. I saw the kidney dr twice in a two year period. The dr told me it was not necessary for me to come back. The mistake was made on my original application. Listen to the tape when interviewed. Why is a tape made if you will not use it in the event of a mistake like this. I talked to the supervisor at TZ. Her answer was “she was a new agent. We will have to do a better job in training”. This is extremely unfair. Once again, I DO NOT HAVE Lupus and hepatitis. Karen Kern

GBThe agents are very knowledgeable The agent I spoke with, Steven Foligno, was very courteous, listening to my needs, and providing information to allow me to make an informed choice. He answered my questions, and provided contrasts with plans. He also thoroughly reviewed the various parts of Medicare, ensuring that I had a good understanding of what is covered or not. I was presented with several options so that I felt comfortable with my final choice.

GBExcellent Agent who was very knowledgable The agent who helped me (Tristan Hayes) got me on a G plane when others could not. He used the rules to get me into a G plan that other's did not understand or ask me about. This man is a damn good plan expert for these Medicare additional coverage plans. My hats off to Tristan. My stress has lowered significantly because of his knowledge of the supplemental plans. Regards, Steven Griffin
