GBThey arent very easy to reach and… They arent very easy to reach and aren't very informational. For example there is a new form we need to use but I didn't get any direction on the changes or what to do. Just a new form to fill out with directions to send to the DCC but not who in the DCC. I tried to find the answer online but it was not the right fraction of the DCC.

GBBest customer service ever! My personal record keeping leaves a lot to be desired and I found myself desperately needing some old information. Surety1 went out of their way to dig up the information and provide it to me very quickly. They are also great about providing the required notification to agencies and reminding me of upcoming renewals so I don't have any problems with my verifier license. I don't know that it's proper for me to name the agent, but it was on 3/11/24. Thanks Surety1!
