FIMaybe to reach by phone would be nice Maybe to reach by phone would be nice. In digital environment it would be easier if insurance company contact directly to rent car and they can discuss better if en€ client refused or disagree claim which rent car companies try to charge from end client when they notified client has extra insurance. This is not first time, even the big rent car companies can make errors, not purpose….I hope.

ITbe sure to have a complete documentation from the car rental company, and accurate pictures of the damage at the moment I'm waiting for the actual payment to arrive, but, this said, I must say that they've managed the question in not more than three or four days : perfect!

GBAVOID AVOID RentalCover.com AVOID AVOID RentalCover.com I booked a trip to Malaga spain on 15/4/24 with Ryanair,the website offered me car hire which i booked, also the website offered me an option for full insurance cover which i had taken out for peace of mind. Once at the car hire desk Goldcar in Malaga Spain the lady who worked there told me the full cover i had taken out was not valid so now i had no full insurance cover whilst in spain. Once back in the UK i contacted RentalCover.com who told me i should have gone to another car hire company who accepted their policy which is ridiculous as the booking was all done through Ryanair,they have refused to refund me and now dont respond to my emails. This company are conmen and should not be allowed to advertise anywhere especially on Ryanairs website.. AVOID AVOID AVOID…..

CHAAA from filing to reimbursement Easy to file the claim. And processing time is very short (max. 3 days) receiving the reimbursement. I can highly recommend to anyone to invest this additional lump sum. Keep going like this, great company!
