Instructions for passwords should include entering the special characters in the middle of the password instead of the end. After multiple attempts being denied, a 30 second phone call with proper instructions resolved the issue.

Proliability Professional Policy Renewal 2024 1. I had a QUES re: an ADD-on to EXISTING Policy prior to renewing. Info needed was NOT found on website FAQs so I emailed. I received a specific response to my question via email in less than 24 hrs which allowed me to quickly COMPLETE the RENEWAL Process of Policy; 2. I received via email within a few HOURs of online RENEWAL that my Policy was renewed/issued as requested w/accompanying Policy, MOI, & payment documentation all ATTACHED; 3. The period during the 'company' buy-out was quite `atrocious', but, improved CUSTOMER online service & timeliness of SERVICE has GREATLY IMPROVED since that dismal `experience'.
