The interface is easy to navigate and makes it easy to compare and choose the right plan for your needs. They offer you a variety of plans to choose from, based on your specific criterion. Good coverage and easy to use Hop! Insurance has good coverage and is easy to understand and purchase. I purchase for my mom's visit to United States and she visited a doctoc via telemecidine and it worked out pretty well. I recommend Hop! insurance for travellling to US.

Just renewed - recommended! I just renewed my plan for my parents who came to visit me for 6 months. I purchased 3 months initially as a trial. Despite nothing major events happening to my parents (thank god!) and we didn't use the insurance that much, I reached out to customer services via Whatsapp multiple times for questions. Every time I got quick replies with instructions, which gave me a peace of mind and helped me decide the best move next. I recommend this insurance for the visitors! And the best thing of all, they offer a variety of selections with detailed coverage explanations. And customer service is always there to answer questions.

I recommended INF to you This is the third time I have repurchased INF insurance. One of the small claims was due to my poor English, and there was a slight issue with the claim documents. However, the Chinese consultant from INF company assisted me in the entire claim process, and I am particularly grateful for her and her leadership's help. If there are friends around me who need to purchase travel insurance, I will loudly recommend INF to them.
