GBThey are very knowledgeable They are very knowledgeable about what coverages they provide. It’s a little disappointing that we were canceled after 12+ years without an incident because of the type of our aircraft (DHC-2). We have several aircraft still insured through Avemco. Based on our experience with them I feel confident that if we had a claim it would be handled very well which is an important consideration.

GBRenewal Renewal, no problem. Rate increases 25% in 2 years, a problem. But they were willing to say it was 'industry standard'. And they offered no discussion if I chose liability only without hull saying a lot of folks were doing that. Renewed for another year.

GBThe company website has limited utility. … The company website has extremely limited utility for the customer. There is no excuse for being unable to sign into my individual account and pay my bill or update my hours. Wasting my time by having to fill out forms and enter information you already have just to renew my policy each year is very annoying.
