I was wrong about Connie Health I wanted to bash this company I thought the agent took advantage of my mom I called and called and finally got someone and have to say I had an exceptional experience dealing with the head of sales, Theo.He actually took my call and He not only fulfilled his promises by calling me when he said he would but also went above and beyond to provide the information I needed. Theo patiently walked me through all my questions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. What truly stood out was his commitment to follow up he called me a week later to ensure everything was okay. I appreciate Theo's genuine care and dedication to his clients.
