GBComplex but navigable Complex but navigable. I talked with two different young men, George (Sunday afternoon, April 14th), and Peter (Monday, April 15th). Both were friendly, informed and informative, and patient, a critical feature when someone is asking for clarification on a complex product. Each had a sense of humor, which lightens a complex topic, and each provided additional information that I did not know to ask about but was grateful to receive. Thanks to them both for helping me make a decision about what would be the better policy for me. Marta

GBSylvia was very good at communicating… Sylvia was very good at communicating via phone. She was able to guide me through the multiple forms for me and my companion. We were disconnected at one point. Sylvia followed up with me to make sure that I completed the forms.

GBExcellent Customer Service! Felica (on Chat) and Amanda, who spoke to me on the phone and walked me through the steps needed to download my policy and ID cards were both great! Very friendly and didn't waste time trying to talk me into something that I did not need. I really appreciate that!
