GBThey made it easier to understand… My initial contact was with Mike Stenglein and it was very informative and helpful. There is soooo much information! He very patiently compared some companies, their PPO and HMO plan options and then, my application with Humana Gold Plus. No word from Humana yet but it has only been about a week. Someone from the Medical Solutions company did contact me by phone, but as I was traveling in a Jeep, I couldn’t hear her well.
