GBA very positive experience Jennifer was extremely pleasant and helpful today I had many questions and she had no issues answering everyone with a positive answer for me. GBGreat customer service, mediocre website. The operator, Sheralee Simms, was very helpful in setting up my policy. 5 Stars for her. Creating my online account was not a smooth process, however, and I am still having errors pop up related to documents that need signed even though I have confirmed I have completed everything. Had to create a 2nd account and still have the same issues.
