6 moths no change, scam In 6 months my credit score didn’t change at all nothing removed. Over 6 months and 196 a month nothing changed. After the 3rd month I called to cancel was told I had to write and email. Wrote the email they claim they never got it and kept charging my account 196 called to complain I wanted a refund and all I got was they would try to refund me even tho they have done absolutely no work on my account they feel it’s right to keep my money. Also this company cannot he found on the BBB use another company you will regret using this one

Really wish Someone that knows what… Really wish Someone that knows what they are talking about would actually reach out to me And explain why the creditors are continuously hitting my credit even after the transaction has been removed. I have been with you guys for over a year and none of your team ever reaches out to me to explain what’s going on I’ve actually had one of your reps state to me that it’s probably best if I do business elsewhere. I’m not going to lie you guys have removed some things off my credit but what I don’t understand is the same creditors that you guys get removed come back and re-hit my credit the next month this makes no sense to me. To my understanding there is a law against that. Please contact me to resolve this matter.

Caution.. Caution... I do not know how effective this company is on repairing credit. I did not go through with it due to not needing the services any longer. I tried to cancel my membership two weeks prior to the transaction authorized to be taken out from my credit card and was told I needed to speak with the representative that opened my membership, instead of instantly canceling. They stated it was their policy and promised that they will call back and reassured me that I had enough time to cancel before the payment was due and that they will not processed an attempt. Well of course as of today I find out they did process a payment and no one ever contacted me back. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. Just an extra headache I don’t need and regret ever contacting this company in the first place. Caution if you are not sure you want this service and consider canceling their service.. beware! The canceling services is not accessible when you want it to be. It is on their terms. So that advertisement of canceling at anytime is not true!

Key Credit? No communication where is the service???… The service is slow and you get this useless answer from the service center? They say this is happening or something is being delivered and another person has a different answer? If I don’t get some kind of a report or response in the next couple of days? I’m paying good money and I expect good service and real time answers! Not a response you can get from a fortune cookie! Don’t sign up for this service until you see how they respond to my request for verification of services? I’m going to take this to Facebook Twitter And every outlet on the web if they don’t contact me in two days! P Wasnak NJ

Payments irregularities had always been… Payments irregularities had always been the issues on my credit,this really affected me as I had a credit score as low as 486,background checks,bad credit reports.
