never received boxes that were purchased and paid for!!!!! I would give them a zero if it possible! I ordered 5 boxes for Christmas gifts spend over $400 labels were printer with tracking numbers but they were never shipped! I have contacted them at least 10 times they send generic messages back! I have called the customer service phone number they never call you back! assuming this company is a scam!

They send a fake Fed Ex tracking number that Fed Ex reports it has never received the package. They have a terrible rating from the Better Business Bureau.
