GBI signed up for the services and they… I signed up for the services and they sent inflated scores on the 30 day progress report. None of the 3 score were even close to what is on the bureau reports. I bought the individual reports just compare them. When I confronted them on it.. things changed. I told them to cancel services and they kept saying I can’t. Red flag.. it ain’t legit if they refusing to cancel. Now they won’t answer my calls cause I’ve been calling because they keep trying to charge my call. My bank blocked their transactions. I’ve sent numerous emails and call a number of times to remind them I canceled the service. Don’t give this company a first thought let alone a second thought.

GBVery happy with my experience with this… Very happy with my experience with this company! They helped boost my credit score 90 points! I was able to get a better rate on my auto loan. They also have very nice customer service.

GBBad Business Im generally not a person who does reviews, But i had to do this one about this company. Honestly i would call it a company. I beg you guys to stop taking advantage of peoples hard earned cash and precious time. Stop deceiving them with generated excellent reviews. All the great reviews are from people who just started. and more 1 star reviews from folk like me whose gone past or close to 90days** Nobody review has said "this company boosted my credit to over 100 points from start to finished. its all fluffed with great customer service!!! great communication!! I enjoy talking to them BS!!! ! I feel like these people pray on folks like us ...who are in desperate need of credit repair to better our situation. I started the service in july 30,2023. they sent first round of disputes sent me tracking info and text receipt for $150 the deducted from card next month got text and update the removed 6 inquires off my Equifax. My Equifax dropped from 30 points because they disputed a good account that was showing paid as agreed and zero balanced to verified collection with balance. After that first round of disputes i saw no activity from the credit bureaus. i reached out to Jocelyn Lynch to ask why im seeing no activity on my file just texts saying to log in to see no changes on account in portal and $150 deducted monthly from account. I asked for the tracking number for the 2nd and 3rd round of disputes sent to the bureaus.. I was shocked by her texts response saying they dont send out any more disputes for the first 90 days. so basically they only send 1 round of letters for $450 and 90days of wasted time. and do nothing for last 60 days but wait for something else to fall off your credit magically without being disputed again. Because they allow the credit bureaus 90days to respond to the first round of disputes. They Have F rating with BBB because they verify all their reviews before posting. The point of loosing $450 is easier to swallow vs loosing 90days of time i could have had a real professional working on my credit. I could have been more closer to purchasing a larger home so i could move my sick father in with me whose health is failing smh!!!!!!!!!!
