Then you leave them a review and tell you that it’s the wrong company well that’s incorrect when they say it’s not the same one well it is with the same email address and everything.

I was very transparent in May I was very transparent in May, 2022, that I had a derogatory that was for a unusual situation with an ex and a rental agreement. This incident took me from excellent to fair credit. The Credit Company said they could help last year. I followed on instagram for a while since my research with Credit Saint and others said they could not help. I have photographs, a police report, etc supporting the motivation to leave this property. In addition, to them inflating the balance over $10k and then recanting in email and on the phone, reporting 2 years after the fact when the unit was rented within 2 months falsely was crime enough but the credit bureaus allow this ambiguity? Emails with the debt collector substantiating all of this and TCC strang me along for over a year and when confronted they said I NEEDED TO CALL the DEBT COLLECTOR. Tried that first and then paid them for another year of wasted time. Cancelled and getting an attorney. This is from 2018 and apparently Mr. Ortiz in Miami is trained like (and I quote) a "Navy Seal" to hold people's credit hostage for the American Rent Bureau. Pay an exorbitant amount, originally $12k and reported as $25k or your credit is screwed. The Credit Company has not done a thing for me that I could not do myself. Very disappointing!
