Great place to work with! I have been working with BDA for almost a year. And so far the journey has been great. The Management has been very helpful in so many ways. They provided an excellent training ground for everyone in the team. I have no solid background in this industry however their Training Team helped us become successful in the company. Management also touch base with us regularly to check our motivation towards work. Incentive wise, BDA has been very transparent, employees know what's in the basket. It's a very good place to grow.
