They have a priority issue They have a priority issue. Priority should involve taking care of their clients concerns, however, whether they provided a friendly service... they did not take care of the issues we had addressed. We paid them fully, and eventually dropped them, because we did what we had asked them to do! My spouse had a school loan, addressed it with them and told them that we wanted this to be highest priority. He went to check it out, and successfully got it removed from his report. This was after 3 months with them. That's when we canceled their service. Friendly but NOT professional. It's all an act.

I'm very thankful I took the time and… I'm very thankful I took the time and answered the phone call from MSI. Christian has taken the time to explain exactly what needed to be done with my credit and only a few weeks in I'm already seeing results.
