It was a woman, extremely understanding, kind and smart. She suggested a program that worked with my budget. It took me three years to get rid of all my cc debt. Strongly recommend

This has been a complete nightmare!!! This has been a complete nightmare!!!! They are supposed to be helping me and so far they caused my credit score to drop 51 points because they lied and didn't tell me that they would be mailing a check to my creditors which caused me to be over 30 days late, and I’ve never had a late payment before. Now after speaking with multiple incompetent reps, they debited my bank account today when I set it up for next month!!!! It's hard to reach someone and it's a different person everytime even though they pretend that there will be one specific person that will handle your account. I may have to use my credit to move soon and because of them my credit score that I’ve worked hard to maintain is now lower than it’s been in years, so I’ve disputed the late charge and hopefully this will turn around 🙏🏾

Less Stress MMI was of great help helping us with creditors that would not give us the time of day. They worked out payment plans with 2 creditors n made our lives so much less stressful with lowered interest rates and fixed payments. It took 5 years but what a relief. 2019-2024

MMI is Legit I spent five years in this program trying correct some not so great money management decisions of my past. I felt like they were with me 100% through it all. Customer service was always courteous and capable. They fit a space that those with debt that has to be negotiated with your creditors, can rely on to get interest rates as low as possible. Make sure you are realistic in a payment plan that you can handle for the length of time you decide on together.

Finally, credit card debt free! I got myself in a bit of a bind. After being out of work due to several surgeries and spending my feeling away. My bills became more than I could handle. I finally decided to contact money management. They were extremely kind, patient and thorough. My monthly payments were reasonable and when life happened, they were still able to work me with. I am finally credit card debt free which is an unimaginable relief. My fiancée and I are looking for a house and now, I am no longer holding us back.
