They failed to tell you that there's a… They failed to tell you that there's a 7-Day free trial. So they automatically charge you $199 to start and then $99 every month just coincidentally it falls to where I have to pay them $99 just to be able to find out what they was able to do and it takes 7 days after I pay before they can find out. They tell me certain things have been deleted I go to my portfolio under deletions there's nothing there after a whole month and a half of them telling me that. I would never give them my service again nor recommend them to anyone
