Financial Relief Jada was quick and efficient while conducting business with me. She really listened to my concerns and found the information quickly in good notes left from Carlos (from yesterday). He did not call me back when scheduled to today, which left me anxious. Jada picked up where Carlos left off, and we got the process going again. Hopefully things will be resolved soon.

Honesty Goes a long way This lady was amazing. She was super nice, really sweet and above all HONEST. After talking to her I realized I was misinformed about a few things.
