To be honest i get so many of these calls i was about to say something rude and hang up but he was so polite I decided to listen to the pitch again. Elias was very direct and was genuinely helpful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and certainly understanding. I was very impressed by his expertise. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Matthew explained what to expect and how the programs works in great details. He truly cares about his customers. He is among the best world wide. GBFriendly and theoretically helpful folks with a little bit of blarney thrown in. Volubly and vociferously valuable, I believe. But the service after the sale will be the best thing about the situation, if Brad is as straightforward as he convinced me of. chuckle He made it as quick and painless as possible and was replete with anecdotal stuff to bond over. Lmao A potentially awkward and unhappily necessary situation was nicely streamlined. Again, the proof is in the pudding and it's barely been long enough to have any sense of that aspect. So far so good!
