I really appreciated the time that Ed… I really appreciated the time that Ed spent with me explaining how the program works and answering all my questions. There was no question that Ed could not answer. Which means he was very knowledgeable, and he made me feel like he was really there to help me. He provided options for me and did not make the decision for me. Add me to take my time to review and choose, which accounts I wanted to be added. From what I’m gathering with the company, I feel like this is going to be a real true, fresh start for me. I really struggled with departing from the credit cards, even though I was in debt. But I had a choice to make, and I felt like I was not alone with Ed being on the phone with me. he made the choice easier and responsibly for my fresh start in my near future. I felt like he treated me like family and he really cared. I really felt like he cared that one day. I will be out of debt and do what I plan to do, which is purchase a house and have a savings that I can survive off of.
