GBDebt consolidation? More like further in DEBT They started out great , very responsive and courteous...then recently it's all gone downhill. I sold my home and used some of the money to pay off the accounts that were outstanding. However , this firm has been dragging their heels about doing anything and have almost 6 grand of mine sitting in my account for 2 months . I contacted some of the companies and was able to clear 3 accounts myself within minutes and one phone call . I've asked for those accounts to be removed from the program and yet they haven't updated anything . Then to top it off the past two weeks they refuse to reply or answer my calls . If you call their offices it says they're closed . Stay away from this company they just want to drag you along and collect more money from you . Lesson learned, now to get my money back that they owe me .

GBI made a phone call and the woman was… I made a phone call and the woman was very kind and helpful. Being in this situation is embarrassing enough without other people judging you and I feel like she supported me.
