GBWorst mistake of your life getting involved with White Oak At the start of the year I asked for a refund as I was extremely disappointed with what was promised and what was actually delivered. I was offered a refund of about $2300 and signed a legal agreement for such. Over 3 months later, I still have yet to received said refund which was promised in 5-10 business days. I have called them over 25 times in the last 3 months to inquire about said refund. Each time I get a different story why I haven't recieved said refund yet. And upon researching the matter further online, I see that they have played the same game with multiple other people as well. As a matter of fact, they lost their accreditation with the BBB, for lack of following up on these matters. You will only make your credit situation worse if you deal with this company.. Be very aware.. I am currently filing a complaint with The Illinois Attorney Generals office and submitting all the documentation I can find on this scam company.
