So far my experience has been positive So far my experience has been positive. They just made my first settlement and it was a great settlement. Hopefully they will all be this good.

We are still new to the company We are still new to the company. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the communication from the company. We have never felt alone in this financial freedom process. We both appreciate all you are doing for us.

Greenstone Legal Apparently, Greenstone is undergoing internal legal issues and made zero effort to alert new customers who have already signed legally binding contracts. My credit is now horrible, creditors are calling, and Greenstone can't tell me anything besides they are having legal issues. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Like the others Like the others, once I signed the contract Greenstone has not communicated at all. I was told they would start negotiating and I would see a slight hit to my credit score. No one returns calls and I am now being told negotiations could take up to 8-10 months. This was not what I was told or I would have not did this. They continue to pull money from my account every month, but no one returns emails or calls.

no communication no progress Extremely communicative while signing up but after the welcome package is signed there is 0 communication. They haven’t negotiated anything on my behalf in the 8 months I’ve been in the program. I have no idea what they are doing but if the goal was to let every account hit collections instead of negotiating they are spot on. Waiting for the creditors to contact them instead of proactively reaching out to start talks. I could have done this myself without paying for their “services”. I’ll give it a few more months but come the 13 months mark if nothing has changed im likely canceling.
