Ty Crandal's you-tube videos were precise and imminently understandable.I was going to go with another company but after seeing his youtube videos I changed course. He struck me as an empath which is the type of person I cherish and seek out for professional relationships and relationships in general. Jan Leonardson (manager) helped me tremendously and is solution based and saavy.She also struck me as being an empath. Michele and all of the point people who helped me(sometimes on a daily basis)were delightful informative and assiduous workers on my behalf.
