GBNot happy with service I thought once you got my first payment you would start working with my creditors you're only working with one. I'm being told funds need to build up so in the meantime you sit on my money gaining interest for you while I get bombarding with nasty calls. I don't understand why you can't reach out to all 4 and set up some kind of monthly payment plan. Sorry I ever signed up for this crap. You're putting me in a worse mess than I was in. Totally dissatisfied with this service.

GBYour support is helpful Your support is helpful. Only the transfer system is a little hard to use, I'm not tech savvy so I found it difficult to transfer the information from my debtors to you through the dashboard Please make it more simple.

GBWonderful Support FDR is very good with communication throughout the process and have knowledgeable people available to discuss your case as well as handle escalating situations. I only have good things to say about the level of care and support they have provided every step of the way.
