A debt management program consolidates all your credit card bills into one, lower monthly payment at a reduced interest rate. You can be debt free in 3-5 years." As a customer, I can agree with the statement on their website 100%! Watching my debt go down faster than I could have ever done on my own takes a huge burden off and I feel like I can breathe. People go into debt for various reasons and InCharge is there to help! They also have educational financial material and tools that are very helpful. Also, the staff/agents I have talked to so far seemed like they really truly WANTED to help. Overall, great experience and I recommend.

Quickness of transfers. I like the quickness in how the money is transferred to my accounts. I also like the reminders sent to my email notifying me of the pending transfers.
