Really Bad Customer Service Worst customer service I’ve ever seen,these guys don't deserve to stay in the crypto marketplace! I’m a beginner yeah, with their interface you can easily get lost.I've deposited some fiat money but nothing was transferred into my account.Run of this platform guys if you don’t want headache. I’m struggling to get a response.,they don’t give a monkey on their customers. DON’T RECOMMEND

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After being a loyal customer for years, they flagged a transaction and closed my account with NO warning. I disputed it, they asked for various photos and other documents which I provided. They then said they were terminating my client relationship. I had trades in and this caused me great financial loss by being unable to access my funds. Two months later and they ask me to provide refund addresses. I am not waiting on my funds and receive this: Your locale is no longer supported by Bittrex and your account has been disabled.

Both good and too bad I like Bittrex because of the amount of different coins it supports. Being said that, their fees are a little bit salty in comparison with other exchanges. Another thing I would like to point is they disable certain coins for maintenance without any info beforehand as no info when the maintenance will be completed. It's rather annoying as you can't count on them the slightest.

An absolute scam An absolute scam, I can not withdraw 80+ USD. Got a reply from customer service with a nonsense answer:'Thank you for your patience. It appears you are applying to add wire transfers/SEPA transfers to your account, however our records indicate you hold a balance of EUR below the minimum amount to withdrawal. Due to this fact, we will be unable to assist you in withdrawing these funds. We apologize for the inconvenience. " === We need to form a class action lawsuit and sue them, I think they deceived a lot of people. ===
