MARCUS & me We have been locked out of our account for 25 days. Repeated support calls (16 hours over 12+ calls, spending ~15 hours on hold) yield no results. Filed a formal complaint with the CFPB. Avoid at ALL costs! Protect your money.

marcus is the worst credit company marcus is the worst credit company. stay away! do not engeage. they offer NO HELP or support. website poorly designed, cant reach a human (hide the chat button).

Terrible customer service replaced all my door handles in my house with m marcus Lena Apollo after a year or so on three pairs, some of the chrome started to tarnish, contacted their customer service, who where totally unhelpful and cast me off saying the don't guarantee the finish on their products.Horrendous customer service.

Was not able to login outside the US I live in the US but was not able to access their web service outside the US when urgently need access to my money. I don't think that bank in 21th century has to limit me in that. Will not use it anymore

There's nothing great There's nothing great, and there nothing that works with the GM card , On Jun 25, 2022 i was approved for a business card ($12,000).. i waited for 2 weeks and i called in to know why my card was never dispatched after 2weeks, i talked to a discourteous "jessica" on the phone, and she told me it'll take a month for them to dispatch my card ( i am still waiting for it to come within the mail) i was given a virtual card online to make purchases while i hold up for my physical card.. this virtual card never worked, i was as it were attempting to pay for the windows($900)! i gotten an e-mail after few min.
