GBI wanted to add a debit card to my… I wanted to add a debit card to my moves account so that I could transfer funds between the two accounts. I opened my app and followed the prompts just as directed. The first thing it asked me to do was verify my identity with a legal document. I uploaded a picture of my driver's license. so far so good. But then it asked me to verify some of my personal information. It had my old mailing address so I entered my new one. I did not edit any other information but when I hit verify I would get a fault message telling me my social or my date of birth could not be modified. Confused and aggravated I exited the app without ever adding a debit card. I then called customer service. I called the number printed on the back of my card. This number is useless and the Moves team should be ashamed to allow such a crappy customer service program to be ran. It ask me for my card number and once verified it then attempts to direct you to the right department. It does this by asking you the same basic questions that any card service would ask. i.e.- "is your card lost or stolen?" "would you like to dispute a transaction?" and then one more that I can't remember for the time being. But then it says for all other inquiries please press 4. So I press 4 but instead of directing me to a representative an automated voice comes up and tells me they can not help me with my issue because "my question isn't related to my card" and then hangs up. I thought that maybe I hit something that I wasn't supposed to or that I didn't hear them correctly. So I repeated the entire process again just to make sure and sure enough I heard right. I never even got to speak with a representative so how in the hell are you gonna tell me my issue isn't related to my card? I tell you I hadn't experienced any issues with the account up to that point. But for your service to first off tell me that my social or birthdate can't be modified when I never edited the first letter on either of those. Then when trying find out what was going on and to have your customer service program tell me my question isn't related to my card then just hang up on me. That's some grade A bullcrap And it's pissed me off so bad that I'm closing my account and saying to hell with you Moves. Thanks for nothing.

CAThe rates are ok but the company is… The rates are ok but the company is sketchy as hell - no address, no phone number, and the CEO posts about anti-union garbage on his Twitter so any promises this company makes seem shallow. Stay away
