NLWhat a bad service they have What a bad service they have? My payment is on pending from almost 9 days. And customer service says it will take 2 3 days more everyday. What the hell is going on with you guyz. Poor customer service even all things. Last use of sadapay. Will never use it inshallah✋

PKThey have very pathetic support… They have very pathetic support service. Tarsa tarsa k msgs ka reply krty ha and if you have any kind of issue they will simply ask you to contact you other bank from whom you sent or received the amount, they will not do anything from their side in order to facilitate you. PKnot fulfilling the commitment Service is Good, but for each transaction took more time then they commit (had bad experience everytime when have to get clear my invoice) my first invoice took 13 days total to clear 2 dec- 14 décembre. And they commit to clear the invoice in 2 days. Invoice remain in On The way status for 7 days. After clearing the security checks( investigate my client through me that why he pay me in realy bad way , by their harsh question that effect my relation with my client)

AESadapay is one the bad and worst… Sadapay is one the bad and worst service provider in the market right now. They are scamming people by charging have high amount of fee . Moreover they have very unprofessional staff everywhere in there support via email or chat or call all the staff is uneducated none serious, not able to give any of the solution, they have unwanted and policy they are bullying us by make that kind of unwanted policy's which is never accepted never will be.

PKSada Pay is fine but not fine in customer care Sada Pay is fine, but it doesn't have customer care. They have robotic conversations, no human interaction, just options to select. I had an issue and needed their help to resolve it, but they only provided robotic responses, which made me angry, so I deleted it.
