PKThey have very pathetic support… They have very pathetic support service. Tarsa tarsa k msgs ka reply krty ha and if you have any kind of issue they will simply ask you to contact you other bank from whom you sent or received the amount, they will not do anything from their side in order to facilitate you. PKVery bad experience with SadaPay and Their Team. Very bad experience with SadaPay. Application take 20 to 30 mints to open. I complaint this issue to their team via application and email. But no one is responding properly. I even sent a video recording after clearing data and updating application. Similarly one of my friends take withdrawal from Binance and the sender report his Sadapay account without any reason. Now he is trying to contacting to SadaPay team, and he experienced the same reply as in case of mine

PKWorst app ever Sadapay claims to simplify banking through modern technology is a joke. BEWARE: Sadapay lacks a process to change the linked phone number, leaving users stranded if they lose access or are out of the country. Without the ability to receive OTPs, accessing your hard-earned money becomes impossible, effectively holding it hostage. To add insult to injury, they demand affidavits for any process they haven't adequately setup. Even if your card capture at ATM they will demand a affidavit to get that back, users are met with bureaucratic hurdles that hinder their ability to access their own funds. Better not to use such pathetic services to avoid inconvenience.
