GBIt's a scam It's a scam. Just take the hit and pay for transactions at a reputable trading app. I lost atleast 2k when trying to withdraw and then their fix was adding another -500 to seem like they was helping then disappeared. So the -500 was a negative in my account when I just sent my crypto to coinbase. Only response I got was on a Google review saying they didn't get a support ticket which I have emails saying differently which shows the ghosting of customer support. Don't make the same mistake I did go elsewhere.

GBWithdrawals are denied and not processed 2 months 4 failed attempts and 2 different banks later This is a take your deposited funds fast and allows quick trades but never releases them for withdrawal I’m on my second bank and they have yet to process the transaction and their customer service doesn’t exist and ohh a phone number that doesn’t either. So what do I do now keep requesting help and documenting the request and turn it over to my attorney, bank, and FBI.

GBNo reports, terrible customer service I have used this for almost 2 years now. Customer service is abysmally slow so getting money into the App can be hard, which can cause trading losses. They used to give great interest on crypto and USD but no more. Zero, zero, zero reports at all for understanding avergage costs etc. No end of year reports for taxes. No ability to get prices to sell or buy at. You have to be on the APP 24-7 to do that. The good news is it's "easy" to use. Its a real wallet and your crypto is staked. HUGE variety of crypto to choose from to purchase. Again: Customer support is atrocious, and I mean terrible. I have been waiting over a week to get an answer as to whether or not my uploaded ID was actually received and validated so that I can deposit money to purchase more crypto. I guess if you are buy and hold, it might work for you.

GBAnchor is the worse app you could… Anchor is the worse app you could possibly ever have. I don’t even understand why that app is still in app stores. Customer service is terrible and they lie to you about everything! If only I could post the emails I got from them then y’all would see exactly what i mean. They refused to let u have your money. They tell you it will be available one day then when that day come it’s something else that coincidentally pops up on why your funds aren’t available. They try to tell you they don’t have control over this and that when it’s bull chit…. I was told I would be able to withdraw or send my funds TODAY! JULY 14TH 2023… but you already know what happened when i tried… I COULDNT.. and so therefore I will be taking anchor to court… they not goin to do this to another person. It stops NOW!! SO YALL WILL BE SEEING ME IN COURT!

GBThey Happily Accept Your Deposits, But When You Want to Withdraw Your Money, It's Impossible! I deposited funds over a year ago and purchased a small amount of crypto. I had another main trading account and didn't want to increase my average crypto price in that account, so I opened an account with Anchor. BIG MISTAKE. They love taking your deposits, but when you try to withdraw YOUR $, good luck! It has now been TWO months of trying to withdraw my ridiculously small amount of money (given the drop in price of crypto), and close my account. First, they said my withdrawal was "pending". Then they DELETED my linked bank and asked me to "relink". When I tried, I was told I could only do so if I gave my BANK PASSWORD to a third part entity that I had never heard of. This was NOT required when I opened my account and transferred money TO Anchor, so I refused. I then played email tag with support for days ( I have copies of all correspondence). Finally, after I publicly posted on their Twitter page, I was told I could verify with my routing and account numbers, which I provided TEN DAYS AGO. They said they would make a small deposit and withdrawal of a few cents to "verify" my account. They did so on Aug 8 ( I have bank records). Four days later I still could not link my bank and was asked AGAIN for my routing and acct numbers. I provided them AGAIN. Yesterday (the 16th) they finally deducted the mini deposit they made on Aug 8. So today I again tried to withdraw my funds and ( surprise!!!) was again asked to restart the process and provide routing and account numbers, even though they already completed verification via this mode!!!! Now, I am being asked to insert a 6-digit "verification code" in order to link my bank. Unfortunately, THEY NEVER EMAILED ME ANY SUCH CODE. There is NO FOLLOW-UP allowed on their withdrawal page, so you can't even say -- "You never sent me the verification code you are asking me for." You just have to keep playing tag with what seems to be a one-person "support desk" EVERYTHING IS DESIGNED TO DELAY THEM FROM EVER HAVING TO ACTUALLY DISBURSE THE FUNDS THEY OWE YOU! There are hundreds of posts on their Twitter page with similar complaints from people waiting weeks or months for their money or crypto. They are horror stories from people who claim to have lost far more money to Anchor than I. I can't understand why the rating here is 2.8 when ALL THREE REVIEWS ARE 1☆.
