GBWorst service Worst service. They did fraud with me by not returning the interest cashback. They will delay everytime so once you are done with all your emis they close the account without giving the interest cashback. Dont take emi scheme from Zest money.

INZestMoney is a FRAUD COMPANY ZestMoney is a FRAUD COMPANY. They assure its no cost EMI and never return the interest amount unless you fight for it. I have been fighting with them to receive the cashback from 10 months now only to always hear "Due to technical issue we weren't able to issue cashback, however, don't worry, you'll receive it in 15 days" and after 15 days its the same reason and this will go on for months. NEVER EVER GO FOR ZESTMONEY FINANCE, I REPEAT, NEVER!

INTaking payment on time but not updating the payment in their system resulting to which you have a bad impact on your cibil I am using zest money from last 5 years and took many products from Amazon & Myntra and also took 2 loans from them. From Last 6 months the company has lost all its trust and people working in zest money are so confused and they don't even know what to answer and how solve the customers issue. Since the time we got news that zest money is shutting down they are behaving so weird. My last month EMI was not deducted from my bank account so I called their customer service to inform the same and ask them that why it has not been deducted so they told me their is a problem but surely it will be deducted withing 24 hours but it didn't happen so I called them again and now they asked to make payment to their lending partner so I made my payment to IIFL and then shared the payment screenshot via email to zest money and asked them to update my payment in the app but they didn't and now it's more then 5 days I have calling them and writing them but they are not replying and after 5 days today I have received an email saying that I have to talk to IIFL and get this issue sorted from them. Now I don't know what to do and how to resolve this issue. I am afraid that this will show a bad impact on my cibil as they haven't updated my payment yet in their system.
