Terrible experience Terrible experience. They have Very tedious discretions that will go against your approval for a loan. I moved in with my girlfriend in Baytown from Katy Texas, and I saw this place on rollingbrook dr. down the road from where we live. I gave them two recent bank statements that showed my direct deposits for my income and a statement from 2021 just to show I’ve been getting this money for a long time. I also gave the a verification letter of my income. They denied me saying I should have got my girlfriend to add me on her light bill. Who the f adds a person on there light bill! “ Het I just had a person move in with me and I wanna add their name on my light bill.” That is crazy. Nobody does that they just say I need X amount for the lights this month!! They got copies of my bank card, social security card, and ID. I remember seeing this place last year I think it had different owners. These people are new and I don’t see them sticking around for a long time. If a person can show income, and has every legitimate documentation to show the money they get then why deny the loan!!? What are they coming to knock on your door for a payment? I gave this place one star because it didn’t allow me to give less. I told them I’d be giving a bad review and the manager said go ahead, so here it is!
