GBWhen I ordered this item I was not… When I ordered this item I was not aware that it was out of stock. When I sent an email they were very responsive and got the item out to me by the next wednesday. Only 2 days from when I emailed them. That was excellent service. Before I did wait for 3 weeks but they made up for it at the end.

GBI ordered the scooper and the rake and… I ordered the scooper and the rake and they work well. I do not have to bend over and risk falling. Suggestion: if the rake and scoop can be permanently attached, maybe someway the 2 can be operated with one hand. Maybe you've tried this and it doesn't work - just checking.

GBI love the convenience of it I love the convenience of it. It's so easy to use and lightweight. The only challenge for me was learning how to get the bags attached.

GBI use this every time I walk my dog I use this every time I walk my dog. I’ve mobility issues and this makes clean up easy. My dog poops directly into the bag. Marvelous!
