GBThey attempted to extort me and then ended up stealing 800+ in value Placed an order with Darren for a KS2 and then placed another order for a KS2 at the end of Nov. I received an email the next day thanking me for the order but telling me, after I had ordered, paid and received confirmation, that the manufacturer prices changed and I would need to pay an additional 1300 to place my order with the manufacturer. After over a week of terrible communication, they finally credited me back in USDT when they specifically told me I would be refunded in BTC(the currency I used to pay). During the time they held my BTC, the value went up so they stole over 800 in value and told me to deal with crypto.com. No miners ever received from them. Would not order again or recommend them to anyone else. Chinese vendors are much faster for shipment and better for customer service. Edit after asicminersus replied: they REQUIRE crypto payment through crypto.com and payment was made and documented in BTC. CEO Andrew agreed in writing to refund the BTC that was paid and never did or responded. Prices do go up and down but no other vender has attempted to require MORE money AFTER payment for goods had already been made and confirmed. Asicminers failed to update their site accordingly and that's a defect on them in addition to poor communication and customer service.
