So far, the only bad experience is when the company was contacted concerning the due date. The service representative was kind of snotty about it, but they were MORE than informed of payment dates.

As far as online loans go, they’re great. The interest rates are higher than most people would like but if you’re looking for an online loan that’s to be expected and shouldn’t affect the company’s actual rating. The staff that I spoke with were friendly and efficient. The loan process was fast and painless, and they communicate the terms of the loan and what is expected of the customer clearly.

Act of Desperation I think your company strives on the desperation of vulnerable people. If I did not absolutely need it I would not have borrowed it. I plan to pay off my loan and be done with your company. I will make this same post to social media.
